From the UNESCO Sundarbarns to the Offspring HQ, we meet with staff and learn from the rescue agencies about the realities of modern day slavery and sex trafficking in India.

Did you know there are an estimated 50 million people in slavery right now? With Kolkata being the home of the largest red light districts in Asia. Unlike drugs, humans can be sold multiple times and the traffickers are getting smarter.

So what can we do to help?

We had the privilege of meeting the staff and trainees -once victims of sex trafficking - to see exactly how Offspring is empowering them to re-build lives and kick start a new life full of hope and happiness.
