I’m an advocate for all things strength and empowerment, so once I heard about Lagree—and saw the size of these machines!—I had to try it for myself.

40 minutes of shakes, sweats, and pure adrenaline. What I call a ‘reformer on steroids’, Lagree expands on the principles of Pilates with an added umph. It combines my love for the spice and tempo of Pilates, mixed with the pressure and pump of a run or HIIT workout.
